There’s nothing as exhilarating as being on a high-performing team, nor as stressful

as being on a dysfunctional one. ~ Ginger Lapid-Bogda PhD

The Enneagram is particularly powerful in helping teams become high-functioning and high-performing. Using the Enneagram integrated with proven organizational effectiveness models, teams become more aligned with all members going in the same direction, more attuned so that team members feel connected to one another, and from this, teams accelerate into high performance. Their team dynamics improve dramatically, they can discuss big or delicate team issues in an objective way, and they make changes, adjustments and advancements as needed. This process is illuminating, productive, and highly engaging. When using the Enneagram with teams, you can take one of two paths: basic team building or advanced team development.

Basic Team Building (steps 1 and 2)

Team building with the Enneagram enhances team cohesion, increases communication, and encourages effective conflict resolution.

Step 1 | Introduce the Enneagram and Identify Enneagram Types|

We use interactive activities for type identification.

Step 2 | Understand the 9 Types and How They Interact

Through engaging exercises, explore how the 9 types interact, including communication, conflict, differing workstyles or feedback.

If what you want is only team building, you can stop here!

Advanced Team Development (Steps 1-3 A, B and C)

If you want to address specific team challenges and opportunities, you continue to step 3.

""Step 3 | Move Toward Team Transformation

Step 3 A | Determine if You Are a Group or a Team

Step 3 B | If a Team, Identify Where You Are on the Team Transformation Model

Step 3 C | Take Concrete Steps Toward Becoming a High-Performing Team

In Steps 3 A, B and C, the Enneagram is used throughout to assist team development in the following areas:
